The Great Migration

Not long after completing the migration of my movies on Veoh to Youtube, I receive an email that Google Video is planning to stop hosting the videos on their site, so it seems I'm going to have to move all of them as well.

Since I have so many videos hosted there, I'm not going to move them all at once, they'll be gradually moved as I continue to post new content. I may also re-record some of them, for various reasons.

Videos moved so far:

Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers (New)
Super Robin Hood
Darkwing Duck
Stunt Kids
Snake Rattle 'n Roll
DuckTales
Super Mario Bros
Paperboy
Jackal
MC Kids
Contra
Super C
Little Nemo: The Dream Master
Bonkers
The Jetsons: Cogswell's Caper
The Little Mermaid
Bishi Bashi Special 2 (New)
Cool Spot
Battle Dodgeball
Penny Racers (New)
Bubsy (Fixed)
Battletoads and Double Dragon
TailSpin
Mega Man 2
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (New)
Super James Pond
Adventure Island 3
Ivan "Ironman" Stewart's Super Off-Road
Metal Storm
Mega Man X (New)

And with that, the migration is finally done.

Here's a video which was an (unusually) long time coming - Felix the Cat. This was one of the first videos I intended to do way back when I started this site, but for some reason I never got around to it. It's another licensed platformer, from back in the days when they were good.

We now return to Tero's Puzzle Gaming. Since Puzzle games seem to be my most popular videos, and Pokemon Puzzle League is probably my best puzzle game, this seemed like a logical choice. However, it took a lot more work than I expected to get this no continue run. The fact that you have to win 16 games in a row and you can lose a game in the span of 2 seconds probably has something to do with that.

Today's game is KickMaster, a little-known gem from Taito. This game has a lot of depth to it, with a pretty cool levelling system and great hit detection. Definitely recommended to all platformer fans. There's lots of room for showing off, too, so this one should be fun to watch.

Here I've listed a handful of games I've considered doing runs for. If you have a particular preference for one of these games, you can vote for it here. There's no guarantee that a game that gets a lot of votes would get done right away, but it might influence me when picking the next game to do.

Should I switch to using Youtube?

I'm just a guy who plays far too many video games. I own an Intellivision, NES, SNES, N64, Playstation, Playstation 2, Gamecube, Dreamcast, Wii, Gameboy, Gameboy Colour, Gameboy Advance, DS, and PSP, as well as far more games than I could count.

I started doing these game runs both as a way to show off and to challenge myself. Mostly the former, though.
