I bet you thought this site was only going to contain NES videos, right? Well, I have the technology to record SNES games now.

Bonkers is another Capcom Disney game. It stars a hyperactive bobcat who throws bombs everywhere. That should really be all you need to know.

I chose this game largely because it is very easy and I was testing out the SNES recording process.

More importantly, with the posting of this video, my blog is now totally caught up on the runs I have already posted to Google Video!

This game is based on a comic strip from 1905 that most people have probably never heard of. It was remade as an anime movie around when this game came out.

It's a pretty interesting game, actually, the gimmick to this game is that you can feed candy to various animals in order to change into them. This, coupled with the detailed graphics featured in the game made Little Nemo fairly impressive in 1989.

This is also one of the first platformers to put heavy emphasis on exploration. Little Nemo really was a trend-setter.

After Contra, this seems like the logical choice.

Much like Contra, if you get the right weapon, this game isn't very hard. I actually come pretty close to beating this game on one life, but I get caught without my weapon on the last level and you get to see just how naked I am without it. Sheesh.

When people think of hard NES games, this is probably one of the first names to come to mind. But this game actually isn't as hard as it seems. The first couple of times I tried to beat it, I did abysmally, but within a few days I was able to do this run of the game.

So for anyone who wants to beat Contra, try it with the Konami code the first couple times. You'd be amazed how much easier it gets with a bit of practice!

MC Kids is, as the name suggests, a game based on McDonald's. This alone makes it awesome. It also happens to be a very good Super Mario Bros 3-esque platformer.

This is an interesting run, because I make it through about 70% of the game playing casually and taking a lot of risks. At that point, I realize I haven't lost a life yet and decide to turn this into an attempt at a no-death run (something I've never even come close to before).

This run could also help you out if you've played the game but can't find all the cards, because I get every last one in this run.

NES Jackal

Jackal is a great arcade game. Unlike many arcade games, where you can abuse certain tricks to raise your score without limit, in this game your score actually means something. There's the perfect element of risk versus reward - taking risks gets you more points, but if you die, you lose your POWs, cosing you an extreme amount of points.

This is one of my most professional-ish videos, because this one was for a tournament (the goal was to get the highest score). In the end, I came second - I posted this video too early and someone else adapted some of my strategies. Oh well, it still makes for a good watch.

Ahh, Paperboy. The most wantonly destructive game for the NES. Who doesn't love this game?

My objective here was to try and get the largest number of subscribers, and to that end, causing mayhem isn't actually productive. However, I just can't stop myself - My fingers move on their own when I see a post or tombstone in need of defacing.

I think this is one of my most entertaining runs to watch. I really cut loose on some of those houses.

I'm sure everyone knows this game, after all, there's over 40 million copies of it.

This video is the product of an NES challenge where the goal was to beat Super Mario Bros without dying or using warps. While the game itself isn't that hard, beating it without losing a single life is.

At any rate, I can't quite pull it off, though I came pretty close. Well, I only worked on this for about a week, if I spent a little longer maybe I could have done it.

Minor update, but I've activated two more of the channels. Channel 5 gives you a quick list of all the videos I've posted, and channel 8 is the Blogger "About Me" page.

It'll probably be a while before the rest of the knob settings do much of anything.

This game is as classic as they come. I'm sure everyone who owned an NES knew DuckTales. Capcom really did a lot of good things when they worked with Disney.

I think this is a pretty good run. I do die a couple times, but I'm pretty sure I get almost all of the secrets in this game. Hopefully this video should be informative.
